MAVAR Social — data deletion

MAVAR Social (the web dashboard of “MAVAR DASTURIY YECHIMLAR” MChJ, Tashkent) keeps only what it needs to show your Instagram professional account in the dashboard: the access token issued by Instagram, the account id, username and account type, the token expiry date, and the permissions you granted. Posts, comments and insights are read from Instagram when you open the dashboard and are not stored, except replies and scheduled posts you create in the dashboard yourself.

If you connect a Facebook Page with Facebook Login, we also keep your Facebook user id and name, the access tokens for the Pages you selected, the Page names and the linked Instagram account id, and, for Messenger, the time of the customer’s last message (to respect the 24-hour messaging window). Removing MAVAR Social in Facebook → Settings → Business integrations deletes these records the same way.

If you connect a YouTube channel with Google sign-in, we keep your Google account email, the channel id, name and handle, the refresh token issued by Google and the permissions you granted. To revoke access, open myaccount.google.com/permissions → MAVAR Social → Remove access (the token stops working immediately); to delete our records too, write to hello@mavar.uz — we delete them within 30 days.

How to delete your data

  1. Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites → MAVAR Social → Remove. Instagram sends us a deletion request and we delete the token and the account record automatically; you receive a confirmation code and can check its status on this page.
  2. Or, in the dashboard (mavar.uz/meta/app), open Accounts → Disconnect.
  3. Or write to hello@mavar.uz with your Instagram username — we delete everything within 30 days and confirm by email.

Удаление данных (RU)

MAVAR Social хранит только ключ доступа к вашему профессиональному аккаунту Instagram и служебные отметки (id, имя пользователя, тип аккаунта, срок ключа, выданные права). Удалить: Instagram → Настройки → Приложения и сайты → MAVAR Social → Удалить — мы удалим ключ и отметки автоматически. Или напишите на hello@mavar.uz. YouTube-канал, подключённый через Google: доступ отзывается на myaccount.google.com/permissions → MAVAR Social → «Удалить доступ», записи у нас удалим по письму на hello@mavar.uz в течение 30 дней.

MAVAR Social faqat Instagram professional akkauntingizga kirish kalitini va xizmat belgilarini saqlaydi. O‘chirish: Instagram → Sozlamalar → Ilovalar va saytlar → MAVAR Social → O‘chirish — kalit va belgilar avtomatik o‘chiriladi. Yoki hello@mavar.uz manziliga yozing.
