Legal
Last updated 3 September 2026Privacy Policy
In short: the site does not track you, we receive data only when you write to us yourself, and a client's access credentials are used strictly for that client's own presence — and nothing else.
Who processes the data
MAVAR Technology Group, Tashkent, Uzbekistan. One address for any question about data — hello@mavar.uz.
The legal entity is being registered. Its details will be published on this page once registration is complete — until then we do not present as registration details something that does not yet exist.
What the site itself collects
Nothing. mavar.uz is a set of static pages: there are no analytics counters, no advertising pixels and no cookie banner, because there are no cookies to consent to.
The form on the Contact page sends nothing on its own: it opens your mail client with a message prepared for hello@mavar.uz. Until you press send in your own mail app, we see not a single line.
The hosting keeps a standard technical request log (IP, time, page address) — it is needed to run the server and defend against attacks; we do not use it to profile visitors.
What you pass to us yourself
Your name, a way to reach you (email, Telegram, phone) and whatever you told us about the business. We use it to reply, to scope the work and — once we have started — to run the subscription. We send no mailings without your consent.
Client access credentials
To run a business's presence we ask for access to what already belongs to the client: the Google Business Profile listing, Instagram and Telegram accounts, the domain and hosting, directory and catalogue back offices.
What we do with it: create and maintain listings and pages, publish what has been agreed, add machine-readable markup, and take visibility measurements.
What we never do: pass credentials to third parties, publish anything personal or unapproved, change passwords or recovery options without the owner's knowledge, or use a client's accounts for anyone else's work.
How it works technically: wherever the platform allows it we work through invitations and delegated rights (Google Business Profile, domains, ad accounts) rather than passwords. If a password is unavoidable, it is stored apart from correspondence. Access is revoked on the owner's first request, and when the work ends we ask the owner to revoke our rights ourselves.
We do not need, and do not ask for, the client's own customers' data. If such data reaches us in the course of the work — a lead from a bot, for instance — it stays with the business owner and is used only to answer that customer.
Who we share data with
We do not sell or hand data to third parties. Technically it passes through the platforms the infrastructure runs on — email, Telegram, hosting, Google services — only to the extent the work requires, and under those platforms' own rules.
How long we keep it, and how to delete it
We keep correspondence and working materials while the work is under way, and for a reasonable period afterwards, so the project history can be revisited. Write to hello@mavar.uz — we will delete your data and confirm that we have.
Your rights
Ask what we hold; correct what is wrong; have it deleted; revoke the access you granted. One address for all of it — hello@mavar.uz. We reply in the language you wrote in.
