MAVAR subscription terms

The rules we work by, published up front and the same for everyone. Here is what the subscription covers, the term, the payment, and — more importantly — the line between what we promise and what we do not control.

01

What this document is

These are MAVAR's framework subscription terms. While the legal entity is being registered they are not a public offer in the legal sense: a contract is signed with each client separately, and where the two differ the contract prevails. We publish the terms up front so that a client sees the rules before any conversation about money.

02

What the subscription covers

A subscription to a business's digital infrastructure. It is not a website or advertising taken separately: the business is assembled as an entity that search, maps and AI answers can find; Nira answers customers and gathers leads; the path from intent to contact is measured.

The contents and boundaries of a level — how many entities, how many conversations, whether commerce is included — are fixed in the contract with the individual business.

03

Term and payment

The minimum term is three months: in less time a presence can neither be assembled nor measured. The first month is paid before the work starts; after that, monthly, before the month being paid for begins.

Payment is made in Uzbek sum at the Central Bank of Uzbekistan rate on the invoice date.

04

While the subscription runs

The infrastructure runs for as long as the subscription does: we maintain it, update it and measure it. If the subscription stops, we stop running it.

Everything that belongs to the client stays with the client: domain, accounts, listings, content and data. Access is handed back and materials are transferred on request. We hold nothing hostage.

05

What we promise, and what we do not

We promise: the system is assembled and running, measurements are taken regularly and shown as they are — including the ones where nothing has moved.

We do not promise: a particular position in Google, an appearance in AI answers by a set date, or revenue growth. Those depend on the market, the competitors and the business itself. Anyone guaranteeing a position is guaranteeing something they do not control.

06

What we need from the client

Access to the client's own resources, answers about the facts of the business — address, hours, prices, services — and approval of what gets published. Without them the system is assembled incomplete, and that affects the timeline: we do not invent facts on a client's behalf.

07

Data and access

How we handle data and credentials is set out in the Privacy Policy, section “Client access credentials”. In short: delegated access rather than passwords; never passed to third parties; revoked on first request.

08

Content and case studies

Rights to a client's materials remain the client's; we use them only for that client's presence. Publishing a case study on mavar.uz happens by agreement with the client. In case studies we publish only what was measured, and keep it apart from what the business reports.

09

Legal entity and details
